Wisepath Professional Coaching
Guiding you forward.
You’ve worked hard, achieved a ton and dedicated yourself to get to this point in your life and career, but you know there is more awaiting you!
The Process
Learn about the options for how you’ll be guided through the coaching process
Section I
Weekly 60-90 minute sessions. Together we’ll discover core values, goal setting, learn more about what keeps you stuck, who you desire to be, how you are wired to lead and who you really are. We will use assessments like Gallup’s Strengthsfinder, The Enneagram, Positive Intelligence, and more.
Section II
Bi-weekly sessions consisting of continued discovery and implementation. We’ll put what we’ve developed into practice.
Section III
Monthly sessions. By this point, you’ll be well on your way to reaching the goals set in place and becoming the impactful leader you desire to be.
This path consists of three to four meetings per month, with a goal of 20 meetings over the 24-week time frame. Using some of the same principles, assessments and elements from the Year Long Journey, we will tailor the program to a condensed schedule. Some choose this program when there is a sense of urgency in your life and work.
